Cooking Instructions

Rinse 247 g Rice several times until the water runs completely clear.
Pour 414 ml Water, 7 g Salt, and 0.8 ml Oil into the pot and stir until the salt dissolves.
Add the rice, increase heat until the water is absorbed — keep the lid off.
Once the water is absorbed, cover, reduce heat, and let it steam for 40 minutes.
