Cooking Instructions

We sauté the 400 g Tomato in a frying pan until its water is almost evaporated.
We add the 9 g Garlic to it and sauté.
At the same time, in another pot, we put the pasta to cook. The pasta water should be as salty as seawater.
After half an hour, we pour some of the pasta water into our sauce and stir everything well.
Now we add the pasta to our sauce and let it cook.
We drizzle olive oil on top. We garnish it with basil and Parmesan cheese.
