Cooking Instructions
Clean 400 g Chicken and cut into desired pieces.
In a bowl, mix 7 ml Lime Juice and 4 g Salt.
Coarsely chop 120 g Onion — quartering works well.
Coat the chicken with the lemon juice and salt mixture.
Add the onion and mix well.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to marinate.
