Cooking Instructions
Sauté 161 g Mushroom and set aside.
Finely dice 58 g Onion and sauté in the same pan.
Add 3 g Garlic and sauté.
Add 29 g Green Pepper and sauté.
Add 110 g Tomato Paste and sauté.
In a separate pan, brown 154 g Minced Meat until cooked through.
Add 1 tsp Red Pepper and 7 g Salt, then add a small splash of boiling water to create a saucy consistency.
Cover and cook on very low heat for 15 minutes to let the flavours meld.
Add the mushrooms right at the end when mixing the sauce with 216 g Macaroni.
