Cooking Instructions
Put 325 g Minced Meat into a bowl.
Grate 104 g Onion and squeeze out the excess water.
Grate 3 g Garlic and add to the bowl.
Add the spices along with 1 tbsp Flour.
Knead well until everything is thoroughly combined.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to rest.
