Cooking Instructions
Finely dice 120 g Onion, 84 g Celery, and 67 g Carrot and sauté until fully browned.
Brown 240 g Minced Meat, then add 192 g Tomato and 60 g Tomato Paste.
Add the spices.
Sauté everything together, add 240 ml Water and 120 ml Red Wine, and simmer on low heat for at least 1 hour.
Add 120 ml Milk in the last 30 minutes.
Cook 240 g Pasta according to the package instructions — it should still be slightly al dente.
