Cooking Instructions
Boil 240 g Pasta in 1200 ml Water for 15 minutes.
Cut 252 g Chicken Breast into strips and sauté.
Chop 252 g Mushroom — half finely, half coarsely.
Sauté the mushrooms with 0.5 tsp Black Pepper, then add 204 ml Milk and 72 g Cream.
Mix a few spoonfuls of the pasta water with 1 tbsp Flour and stir into the sauce to thicken it.
Add 5 g Salt.
Toss the pasta with the sauce and garnish with 7 g Parsley.
