Cooking Instructions
Boil 204 g Pasta for 15 minutes.
Cut 357 g Chicken Breast into strips and sauté.
Chop 357 g Mushroom — half finely, half coarsely.
Sauté the mushrooms with 0.7 tsp Black Pepper, then add 289 ml Milk and 102 ml Cream.
Mix a few spoonfuls of the pasta water with 1 tbsp Flour and stir into the sauce to thicken it.
Add 6 g Salt.
Toss the pasta with the sauce and garnish with 10 g Parsley.
