Cooking Instructions
Soak the chickpeas and beans overnight.
Sauté 250 g Beef in a little oil, then add 0.3 tsp Turmeric, 0.6 tsp Red Pepper, and 0.6 tsp Black Pepper.
Sauté 32 g Tomato Paste and add it to the pot.
Add boiling 770 ml Water and skim off the foam.
Add 50 g Onion cut into quarters — do not chop finely.
Add the 82 g Potato and 110 g Tomato.
Add 60 g Chickpeas and beans, then simmer on low heat for at least 2 hours.
Remove the tomatoes and fat pieces, peel the tomatoes and mash them with the fat, then return to the pot.
In the last 30 minutes, add 8 g Dried Lime and 8 g Salt.
