Cooking Instructions
Sear 198 g Beef until both sides are fully browned.
Add boiling water and cook for 1 hour.
Sauté 99 g Onion.
Add 86 g Tomato and 70 g Tomato Paste.
Remove the cooked meat and reserve the broth, then add the meat to the sauce.
Add the pre-fried 265 g Green Beans.
Add 0.6 tsp Black Pepper, 0.6 tsp Red Pepper, and 0.3 tsp Turmeric.
Add 2 tablespoons of the meat broth to the sauce to give it a saucy consistency.
Add salt, mix well, and cook for a few minutes so the flavours meld.
Cook 148 g Rice in the meat broth — remove while still slightly firm so it does not turn mushy.
Combine the rice with the sauce mixture and cook for 1 hour.
