Cooking Instructions

Boil 500 g Potato in their skins until completely soft.
Peel the cooked potatoes and mash completely with a fork or potato masher until smooth.
Add 200 g Minced Meat to the mashed potato.
Finely grate 100 g Onion, squeeze out all the liquid, and add to the mixture.
Add 1 pcs Egg, 0.5 tsp Turmeric, 6 g Salt, and 0.5 tsp Black Pepper.
Knead all ingredients for at least 5 minutes until completely uniform.
Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes.
Shape equal-sized balls from the mixture and flatten into ovals.
Coat the patties in breadcrumbs, then fry.
Fry each side for 3–4 minutes in plenty of hot oil until golden and crispy.
Drain on paper towels. Serve with flatbread, fresh herbs, and tomato.
